We are recruiting healthcare assistants and support workers who are caring, committed and compassionate about changing the lives of vulnerable adults. Being a care support worker is sometimes demanding but always rewarding. Your primary role as a care support worker is to directly support our clients.
 
You will work with our clients to help them live a happy and fulfilled life and one that is as independent as possible. You will also support them to develop positive relationships and to be equal and valued member of their local community. You will work effectively to provide individualised, outcome focussed support to clients, to enable them to lead their lives as independently as possible.
  • Medication training beneficial but full training will be provided.
  • Access to car would be beneficial but not a requirement as long as you are willing to travel in the locality.
